I. Solutions for "Excessive Heat Generation": Reducing Internal Friction and Overload
1. Repair/Replace Worn/Stuck Hydraulic Components
Worn or stuck hydraulic components (pumps, valves, motors) are the primary source of "ineffective heat generation" and should be repaired according to the following steps:
Inspection and Replacement of Core Components:
Hydraulic Pumps (Gear Pumps/Piston Pumps): Disassemble and inspect the rotor-stator clearance and the piston-cylinder fit. If the clearance exceeds the design value (e.g., >0.05mm for piston pumps), replace the worn components or the entire pump. Test the pump's outlet pressure fluctuations. If the fluctuation is >0.5MPa, the pump seals are failing and require replacement. Directional Valves/Relief Valves: Disassemble and inspect the valve core for scratches or sticking (e.g., from brick dust/metal debris). Sand the valve core with fine sandpaper and clean it. If sticking is severe or the valve core is worn, replace the valve immediately. For relief valves, calibrate the pressure setting (adjust to the rated operating pressure according to the equipment manual to avoid overpressure).
Regular Inspection Cycle: It is recommended to disassemble and inspect vulnerable components every 150-200 hours (approximately one month, based on an average daily operation of 8 hours for the brick making machine). Replace worn parts promptly to prevent minor wear and tear from becoming major failures.
2. Eliminate system overload and pressure anomalies
Calibrate pressure settings:
Connect a pressure gauge to the relief valve outlet. After starting the equipment, slowly adjust the relief valve to 90%-95% of the equipment's rated pressure
Resolving overload issues:
Inspect the brick pressing process: If pressure is frequently applied despite insufficient pressing force, check for stuck feed mechanisms (e.g., agglomerated brick dust in the hopper) or worn molds (causing brick thickness to exceed the specified value). Clean the hopper of any agglomerates and replace worn molds to avoid prolonged system pressure buildup.
Limit overload frequency:
Replacing/Filtering the Hydraulic Oil:
If the oil is black, turbid, or contains impurities (observe an oil sample in a transparent test tube and observe if there are obvious particles or stratification), the hydraulic oil must be completely replaced. (Select anti-wear hydraulic oil with the appropriate viscosity according to the equipment manual, such as 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil; 32# is recommended for low-temperature environments).
If the oil is lightly contaminated (no obvious impurities but slightly abnormal viscosity), use a hydraulic oil filter (10-20μm precision) to filter the oil 2-3 times to remove impurities and moisture (moisture content must be <0.1%, which can be tested with a moisture meter). Strengthen oil contamination prevention:
Ensure cooling water supply: Check that the cooling water pump is functioning properly (measure the outlet pressure, which must be ≥0.2 MPa). Clean impurities from the water pipes (replace the filter if clogged). If the circulating water pool temperature is too high (over 35°C), install a pool cooling tower or regularly add low-temperature tap water to lower the initial cooling water temperature. 2. Optimize Fuel Tank Design and Maintenance

After shutting down the machine, check the oil level gauge in the tank to ensure the oil level is between the minimum and maximum levels (usually 2/3 of the gauge height). If the oil level is too low, add the appropriate hydraulic oil for the model to prevent the hydraulic pump from overheating due to air intake.
