# Simplified Concrete Hollow Brick Machine Operation Manual Adjust per actual equipment/model and production needs:
I. Equipment Overview Makes concrete hollow bricks by mixing cement, sand, gravel (fixed ratio) and pressing via a forming machine (meets specs/strength).
II. Safety Rules 1. No no-load operation.
2. Keep hands/objects away from moving parts when running.
3. Cut power before repair/inspection.
4. Protect electrical parts from oil/water; ensure buttons work and proper grounding.
III. Pre-Operation Checks
1. Check for loose bolts, stuck parts or dust on moving components.
2. Oil level: Tank (>2/3 sight glass); reducers (normal).
3. Air pressure: 0.18–0.2 MPa.
4. Test leakage protector; check safety fuses/positioning devices.
5. Lubricate guides, ejector pins (per shift).
IV. Operation Steps
1. Place a pallet.
2. Press "Mold Lower" to set lower mold on pallet.
3. Push out upper mold for feeding.
4. Pour mixed concrete evenly into mold.
5. Press "Vibrate" to compact; stop when formed.
6. Pull back upper mold (pins align via vibration).
7. Press "Mold Lift" (locating pins lock); brick forms.
8. Press "Mold Lower" to demold; push out brick.
V. Maintenance
1. **Daily**: Clean press/guide columns; lubricate before shift.
2. **Regular**: Replace pump filter (1st monthly); tighten bolts (every 15 days); check pneumatic unit (oil/water).
3. **Reducers**: Add gear oil monthly; top up if low.
VI. Faults & Fixes
1. Wrong product height: Check pallet; adjust limit bolts or vibration springs.
2. Cracks/chipped edges: Check material/vibrator; fix demolding/feeding; unclog mold holes.
3. Lifting noise/unevenness: Tighten bolts; lubricate columns.
4. Vibrator not working: Check circuits; secure loose weights.
