I. Equipment Overview Makes concrete hollow bricks by mixing cement, sand, gravel (fixed ratio) and pressing via a forming machine (meets specs/strength).
II. Safety Rules 1. No no-load operation.
2. Keep hands/objects away from moving parts when running.
3. Cut power before repair/inspection.
4. Protect electrical parts from oil/water; ensure buttons work and proper grounding.
III. Pre-Operation Checks
1. Check for loose bolts, stuck parts or dust on moving components.
2. Oil level: Tank (>2/3 sight glass); reducers (normal).
3. Air pressure: 0.18–0.2 MPa.
4. Test leakage protector; check safety fuses/positioning devices.
5. Lubricate guides, ejector pins (per shift).
IV. Operation Steps
1. Place a pallet.
