Their core feature is that they use mold pressing and vibration molding processes to transform raw materials such as cement, sand, fly ash, and recycled aggregate from construction waste into hollow wall or road blocks, achieving economical, environmental, and practical results. I. Core Functions and Operating Principles
The core of the hollow block forming machine is "on-demand forming." It can adjust the porosity, size, and strength grade of the blocks according to different building requirements. Its typical workflow is as follows:
Raw Material Proportioning and Mixing: Cement (cementitious material), sand and gravel/recycled aggregate (aggregate), water, and additives (such as water reducers) are mixed in appropriate proportions to form a uniform concrete slurry.
Distribution and Filling: The mixed slurry is automatically transferred into a custom mold cavity (the mold is interchangeable to accommodate different block sizes).
Vibration and Pressurization: The slurry is quickly formed in the mold through high-frequency vibration (to eliminate bubbles and increase density) combined with mechanical pressure (to ensure block strength).
Demolding and Curing: After forming, the wet blocks are automatically demolded and transferred to a curing area (either natural or steam curing), ultimately forming qualified hollow blocks.
