High permeability: Internal porous structure with a porosity of 15%-25% and a permeability coefficient ≥1.5×10⁻²cm/s, preventing water accumulation during heavy rain.
Environmentally friendly and durable: Made from cement, sand, slag, fly ash and other raw materials, it is formed under high pressure, with a compressive strength of ≥50MPa, freeze-thaw resistant, corrosion resistant and long service life.
Eco-friendly: Rainwater infiltration replenishes groundwater, regulates urban temperature and humidity, reduces the heat island effect, and absorbs dust and noise.
Aesthetically pleasing and slip-resistant: Available in a variety of colors and sizes, with excellent slip resistance (BPN≥70), ensuring pedestrian safety.
Working Principle (Simplified Explanation):
Ingredient Mixing: Sand, gravel, cement, fly ash/construction waste, etc., are mixed evenly according to the specified ratio.
Feeding and Distribution: The hopper feeds the material into the mold cavity, ensuring even distribution.
Vibration and Pressurization: High-frequency vibration (3800–4500 times/min) occurs under the mold, while hydraulic pressure from the upper mold (15–20MPa) compacts the material and creates interconnected pores (key to permeability).
Rapid Demolding: Molding takes 15–25 seconds, with the mold simultaneously ejecting the brick, which lands on a pallet.
Conveying and Curing: The brick is transported to the stockpile by belt conveyor and naturally cured for 7–14 days before being shipped.
Finished Product Specifications: Permeability coefficient ≥1.5×10⁻²cm/s, compressive strength 30–40MPa, porosity 20–30%.
Core Structure
Main Unit: Frame, Vibration Table (excitation force 80–120kN), Upper Press Head, Mold (critical, determines brick type/size).
Hydraulic System: High-pressure oil pump, cylinders, control valves, providing molding pressure.
Material Distribution System: Hopper, material distribution trolley, ensuring uniform material distribution and avoiding uneven compaction in certain areas.
Electrical Control System: PLC + Touch Screen, one-button parameter adjustment, automatic interlocking, fault alarm, remote diagnostics.
