Basic Overview:

In HZS35, "H" represents concrete, "Z" represents batching plant, "S" represents twin-shaft mixer, and "35" indicates that the theoretical production rate of this batching plant is 35 cubic meters per hour. It can be flexibly composed of a twin-shaft mixer, batching machine, and related equipment, and can mix dry-hard concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, and various mortars.

Equipment Composition:

It mainly consists of one JS750 concrete mixer, one PLD1200 three-bin batching machine, one cement weighing system, one water weighing system, two 60-ton cement silos, two LSY219 screw conveyors, and one control system.
