Precautions for using brick machines:

Firstly, when installing or replacing new or old molds, it is necessary to avoid collisions and bumps, assemble them in a civilized manner, and pay attention to protecting the molds;

Secondly, during use, the size of the mold and the condition of the welding joint should be regularly checked. If there are cracks in the weld seam, they should be repaired in a timely manner. If there is excessive wear, the aggregate particle size should be adjusted quickly. If excessive wear affects the quality of the product, a new mold should be added;

Thirdly, carefully adjust the gap, including the distance between the pressure head and the mold core, the pressure head and the moving plane of the material cart, and the distance between the mold frame and the wire plate. The relative movement should not interfere or collide;

Fourthly, when cleaning the mold on a daily basis, use an air compressor and soft tools to remove concrete residue. It is strictly prohibited to hit or scrape the mold by gravity;

Fifth: The replaced mold should be cleaned, coated with oil to prevent rust, and placed in a dry and flat place with a cushion to prevent gravity deformation.

Sixth: Cleaning, we think that cleaning many bulky equipment is very troublesome. It is also incorrect to assume that the equipment hardly needs to be cleaned due to its clumsiness. The equipment does not need to be cleaned, it depends on the working conditions. When humans work in very dirty environments, they still need to take a shower every day, and the equipment is the same. After the cement brick machine is produced, it is necessary to clean the molds, pump stations, and distribution cabinets every day.

Seventh: Before production every day, please check all parts of the cement brick machine, such as the tightness of the screws, the tightness of the motor belt, the connection of various welding gaps, and other details.

Eighth: It should be emphasized that the mold is an important production component for us, but the mold is a wear and tear part, although all the molds produced by our company have undergone heat treatment. But please clean the mold carefully after production every day, as this can extend the lifespan of the mold. After cleaning, please oil and store the replaced molds to ensure their next replacement use.
