Raw Material Preparation and Transportation: Cement, sand, stone, and other raw materials are mixed and stirred in a specific proportion to form a material with a certain degree of plasticity. The mixed material is then transported to the forming mold via a closed belt conveyor system.
Hydraulic Pressurization: The machine utilizes an advanced hydraulic system. A hydraulic cylinder lowers the upper mold, applying strong pressure to the material within the mold. Precise control of the hydraulic system's pressure and flow ensures uniform and sufficient pressure during the forming process, ensuring a tighter bond between the material particles.

Vibration Forming: Computer-controlled flow and pressure in the hydraulic system enable vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, and braking. The advanced table-mold combined vibration method fully liquefies and degasses the concrete within 2-3 seconds. A dedicated vibrator is installed on the pressing head to increase the vibration speed. This vibration method rapidly liquefies and degasses the concrete, thereby increasing the density and strength of the bricks. Holding Pressure and Demolding: After the material is pressed and formed, the hydraulic system maintains a certain pressure to keep the brick in the mold for a period of time to ensure the shape and size of the brick remain stable. After the holding pressure period, the hydraulic system drives the demolding device to eject the formed brick from the mold, completing the brick forming process.
