The fully automatic cement block machine operates like an "intelligent production line," with each link interconnected by a PLC control system for precise and controllable flow. The specific steps are as follows:
Raw Material Proportioning and Mixing (Automated Loading)
Sand, gravel, cement, water, and additives (such as water reducers to enhance strength) are fed into a twin-shaft mixer according to a preset formula via an "automatic loading system" (belt conveyors and screw conveyors). The mixer mixes into a uniform "dry hard concrete" (usually a moisture content of 10%-15%, ideally forming a solid mass when kneaded by hand to prevent cracking of the bricks).
Quantitative Distribution (Precise Raw Material Distribution)
The mixed concrete is automatically transferred by a "distribution trolley" to the top of the "mold cavity" where it is evenly distributed by a "quantitative distribution hopper" to ensure a consistent amount of material in each mold cell (to prevent uneven brick thickness). Composite Molding (Pressure + Vibration to Improve Density)
The "vibration system" (a high-frequency vibrator with a frequency of 1500-3000 times/minute) below the mold is activated, while the "pressing head" (hydraulic drive) applies downward pressure. Through the dual effects of "vibration compaction" and pressure forming, the concrete tightly conforms to the mold shape, forming a structurally stable brick.
Demolding and Conveying (Smooth Transfer of Bricks)
After forming, the "demolding cylinder" pushes the mold down, leaving the bricks on the "pallet." The "brick discharge conveyor" then transfers the pallet and bricks to the next stage, while the mold resets for the next batch of bricks.
Automatic Palletizing (Reduces Manual Handling)
The bricks are transported on the pallet to a "palletizing robot" or "automatic palletizer." The equipment neatly stacks the bricks in the curing area according to the preset number of layers (usually 8-12 layers), preventing damage caused by manual stacking. Curing Integration (Connecting to Subsequent Processes)
