Raw Material Preparation: Depending on the type of brick making machine and the type of bricks to be produced, appropriate raw materials, such as clay, fly ash, slag, slag, sand, and cement, are selected and pre-processed through screening, crushing, and grinding.
Mixing: The pre-processed raw materials are added to the mixer according to the specified proportions and thoroughly stirred with an appropriate amount of water to achieve a uniform mixture and the desired moisture and plasticity.
Molding: The mixed materials are fed into the mold of the brick making machine and formed into green bricks through mechanical pressure, vibration, or pneumatics.
Curing: For unfired bricks, the formed green bricks require curing to improve their strength and performance. Curing methods include natural curing, steam curing, and autoclaving. For fired bricks, the green bricks are air-dried and then fired in a kiln.
Finished Product Inspection and Packaging: The finished bricks undergo quality inspection, including testing for external dimensions, strength, and water absorption. Qualified finished products are packaged and stored.
