The Nianpeng 9-15D fully automatic brick making machine's production procedures for different brick types differ significantly in four key areas: mold replacement, parameter setting, raw material ratio, and post-processing. The specific differences are as follows:
1. Mold Replacement: Core Hardware Adaptation
Mold Type Selection
Standard Bricks/Porous Bricks: Use standard solid molds, which offer a simple structure and eliminate the need for complex positioning.
Hollow Bricks: Replace with hollow molds with cores. The number and distribution of cores are adjusted based on the porosity (e.g., a 390×190×190mm hollow brick mold contains four cores).
Paving Bricks/PC Imitation Stone Bricks: Use high-precision patterned molds. Check the mold surface flatness and pattern clarity to avoid chipped corners or blurred lines.
Curbstones: Use special-shaped molds with beveled or curved surfaces. During installation, precisely align the angle with positioning bolts to prevent tilting. Installation and Commissioning Steps
Alignment: Place the lower die on the vibration platform and align it with the lower sleeve of the equipment using four positioning bolts, with an error of ≤0.5mm.
Gap Adjustment: Maintain a clearance of 1-2mm between the die head and the die core to prevent die jamming during pressing. Adjust the clearance between the die frame and the pallet to 1mm to ensure even material distribution.
Vibration Test: Run the machine empty for 3-5 seconds and perform a vibration test to ensure the die is stable, with no abnormal noise or deviation.

Parameter Settings: Fine-tune process parameters.
Pressure and Vibration Parameters
Standard Bricks: Pressing pressure 16-18 MPa, vibration frequency 10-12 Hz, and vibration time 3-4 seconds to ensure brick density meets the standard.
Hollow Bricks: Increase pressure to 20-22 MPa, reduce vibration frequency to 8-10 Hz, and extend vibration time to 5-6 seconds to avoid delamination around the mold core.
Paving Bricks: Use a "secondary placement + high-frequency vibration" mode, with a vibration frequency of 15-18 Hz and a pressing pressure of 18-20 MPa during placement to ensure a smooth surface.
Permeable Bricks: Reduce pressure to 14-16 MPa, vibration frequency 12-14 Hz, and increase pre-vibration time (e.g., 2 seconds before placement) to improve brick permeability.
Packaging and Stroke Parameters
Number of Carriage Round Trips: Standard Bricks require two round trips; Hollow Bricks require three round trips to ensure even filling of the mold core gap with aggregate.
Paving height: Standard bricks have a laying height of 170-190mm. Paving bricks require an adjustment to 200-220mm depending on the pattern depth.
Damper stroke: Due to the thickness of curbstones, the stroke of the ram needs to be extended from the standard 200mm to 250-300mm.
