Cement blocks (also known as concrete blocks) are a commonly used wall material in the construction industry. Their material properties, construction efficiency, and environmental adaptability have led to their widespread application in residential buildings, industrial plants, and municipal engineering projects. Excellent physical properties and a safe and reliable structure

Cement blocks are made from cement as a binder, combined with aggregates such as sand, gravel, and fly ash through molding and curing. Their physical properties far exceed those of traditional clay bricks, providing stronger structural support for buildings.

High strength and load-bearing capacity: By adjusting the aggregate ratio and curing process (such as steam curing), their compressive strength can reach MU5-MU20 (megapascals), meeting the load-bearing requirements of various building walls (e.g., load-bearing walls in low-rise self-built buildings and non-load-bearing walls in high-rise buildings). They are also resistant to cracking and deformation over long-term use. Excellent impermeability and moisture resistance: High density (controllable porosity), and some products contain an anti-seepage agent. This effectively blocks moisture penetration, unlike traditional clay bricks, which absorb and regenerate moisture. It is particularly suitable for wall construction in humid environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and basements.

High durability and long life: The stable structure formed by the cement hydration reaction provides excellent resistance to weathering and freeze-thaw cycles. In the extremely cold northern regions, the strength loss rate is minimal after repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is also corrosion-resistant (acid and alkali resistant) and is not easily affected by environmental factors, allowing the building's service life to coincide with the main structure.
