Working Principle of High-level Commercial Concrete Mixing Station

 

The high-level commercial concrete mixing station mainly realizes the production of concrete by utilizing the gravity of materials and mechanical mixing.

 

Material storage and transportationVarious raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, etc. are stored in different silos respectively. These silos are usually located at a relatively high position to utilize gravity to transport materials to the next stage.

When batching is required, raw materials are transported to belt conveyors or screw conveyors in a certain proportion by controlling valves or feeders.

Measurement and batchingMaterials pass through measuring devices such as electronic scales during the transportation process to accurately measure each raw material to ensure the accurate mix proportion of concrete.

The measured materials are transported to the aggregate hopper above the mixing host and wait for mixing.Mixing processMaterials in the aggregate hopper enter the mixing host under the action of gravity. The mixing host usually adopts a forced mixer. The mixing blades rotate at high speed under the drive of the motor to fully mix the materials and make various raw materials evenly mixed.

Additives and water can be added during the mixing process as needed to adjust the performance of concrete.Discharge and transportation

The mixed concrete is discharged from the mixing host and transported to concrete transportation vehicles or construction sites through discharge hoppers or concrete pumps.

 

Working Principle of One-to-Four Wet Production Line

 

The one-to-four wet production line is mainly used for wet production of specific products and usually involves the processing of liquids or slurries.

Raw materials undergo reactions or processing in a liquid medium (such as water, solvent, etc.). Auxiliary equipment works in coordinationThe four auxiliary equipments undertake different tasks respectively, such as stirring, filtering, transporting, heating, etc. They work in coordination under the unified control of the host to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.

The stirring equipment fully mixes the raw materials in the liquid; the filtering equipment removes impurities; the transportation equipment transports materials from one stage to another; the heating equipment controls the temperature during the production process.Product outputAfter a series of wet processing processes, the final product is output in the form of liquid, slurry or solid (after drying, molding and other treatments).
