Even the best equipment cannot produce high-quality bricks if the installation is substandard.

 

1. **Foundation Construction**: Construct the concrete foundation according to equipment drawings, ensuring proper placement of anchor bolts and precise leveling. An uneven foundation for vibrating equipment causes excessive operational vibration, accelerating equipment wear and damage.

 

2. **Machine Alignment and Calibration**: Align the mold box, pressure head, and material feeder to ensure coaxiality. This guarantees that the pressure head descends without uneven wear, demolding proceeds smoothly, and the green blocks do not jam in the mold or suffer corner breakage.

 

3. **Hydraulic and Vibration Parameter Commissioning**: Adjust system pressure, vibration duration, and material feeding time to suit local raw

material formulas. Conduct on-site trial production-producing multiple consecutive pallets of blocks-and inspect them for dimensional accuracy and density.

 

4. **Operator Training**: Train personnel on raw material proportioning, equipment operation, and key points for daily inspections to prevent equipment damage caused by improper operation.

 

Production Process Maintenance Management (Ensuring Long-Term Stability)

 

1. Daily Inspections (Per Shift)

 

- Hydraulics: Check for leaks, oil temperature, and oil level;

 

- Vibration: Check vibration motor temperature and inspect shock-absorbing rubber blocks for aging or cracking; - Mold: Check for mold cavity wear and loose fastening bolts;

 

- Fasteners: Inspect all connecting bolts on the machine frame and mold box every shift; bolts are highly prone to loosening under vibration conditions.

 

Routine Maintenance

 

- Regularly filter and replace hydraulic oil;

 

- Regularly lubricate bearings and guide rails;

 

- Regularly inspect wear parts (such as mold box liners, scrapers, and seals) and replace them proactively-do not wait until damage causes a system shutdown.
