Brief Introduction:

It is a compact machine with electric and hydraulic system, each procedure action locks with each other to guarantee the machine operate safely, easily and dependablely.

Through mold-releasing oil cyclinder, the mrold box was locked into the vibration table with high rigidity to reach the synchronous vibration, so that the concrete can be fluidified and exhausted in two or three seconds to ensure the high-density, especially suitable to produce the standard blocks, which can be piled up immediately so that the pallet investment can be saved directly.

The unique forcing charge system can make use of various kinds of industrial waster and material such as coal ash, cement, sand, stone, slag, and so on. The machine can severs several purposes and produce various specification standard bricks, concrete blocks, porous blocks, paving bricks etc.

Control system a) PLC intelligent control. human-computer interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trainning to the operator. b) All of PLC are Siemens brand PLC . also with the VFD device , it can protect block machine motors, when the voltage is not stable . it can enlarge the motor life-time . c) All of PLC are with remote control . it is very easy to solve the problems when your PLC with some fault . d)All of datas will be set up in PLC screen during we test running machine in workshop before shipment .so it doesn't need adjust the data again. just connect the wire to trial running then can fully production running .

Hydraulic system 1. we use Taiwan Cylyca hydraulic valve and paddle pump 2. Double proportional valve design can adjust both oil pressure and flow automaticlly 3. Water cooling system ensure oil temperater lower than 60 degree

Vibration system 1. for the vibration system, we use eccentric blocks and synchronization gears to make sure high vibration force ad less electricity power consumption. 2.vibration box is using casting material, in case of oil leakage. 3. using frequency motor make the vibration platform high frequency and lower amplitude, so the platform vibration is more stable and lower noise. 4. the cronization gears use 45# steel and processed by heat treatment .

Feeding system 1.feeding teeth is Q235 manganese steel and can use long life-time 2. the assembled feeding system and swing very evenly,it will re-mix the raw material evenly and be easy to maintain 3.feeding box adopt double pulleys and pressing spring to prevent from scattering materials

30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).

Please contact me at once, we will see what is problem and find the solution asap. and send spare parts to your asap.

7.Does the price include the mould?

Yes,the above price includes one set mould.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the fabrication of the block machine production line, our engineer will do the testing running and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
