The production process of a hollow block forming machine must be coordinated with upstream and downstream equipment to ensure a consistent flow of raw materials, forming, and curing. The specific steps are as follows:
Raw Material Pretreatment and Mixing
Cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, and other raw materials are fed into the batching machine according to the correct proportions (e.g., cement: sand: fly ash = 1:3:1.5). After being accurately measured on an electronic scale, they are then fed into a mixer and mixed with water to form a uniform "dry hard concrete" (moisture content of 10%-15%, forming a solid mass when held by hand).
Automatic Loading and Distribution
The mixed raw materials are fed into the forming machine's distribution hopper via a conveyor belt. The distribution system (screw or scraper) evenly fills the mold box with raw materials, while the mold core (used to form the hollow holes) is lowered to the designated position.
Vibration and Pressing
