High-quality equipment uses Q355B high-strength steel for its frame (a key component that withstands the forming pressure) and undergoes an aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses, providing enhanced resistance to deformation and fatigue. Low-quality equipment, on the other hand, may use standard Q235 steel. Long-term exposure to high pressure (900-1500 kN) can lead to frame cracking and deformation, directly shortening its service life.
Hydraulic System Configuration:
The hydraulic system is the "heart" of a 9-15C brick machine. High-quality equipment features reputable hydraulic components (such as Bosch, Eaton, or high-quality domestic brands). The cylinder's inner wall is precision-honed, and the seals are made of imported, high-pressure, and wear-resistant fluororubber, preventing oil leakage and wear. Low-quality equipment uses cheap hydraulic components, which can cause cylinder leakage and insufficient pressure within one to two years, requiring frequent repairs or even replacement.
