Working Principle

 

Hydraulic Forming Principle: The powerful pressure generated by the hydraulic system is utilized to compact and form the raw materials in the mold. The hydraulic system transports the hydraulic oil to the oil cylinder through the oil pump, pushing the piston to move, thereby applying uniform pressure to the materials in the mold. This causes the materials to combine closely within the mold, forming blocks or bricks with a certain strength and shape.

Vibration Forming Principle: High-frequency vibrations generated by the vibration motor or vibrator cause the raw material particles in the mold to move relatively under the vibration action, thus achieving dense filling and forming of the materials. The vibration reduces the friction between the materials, allowing the particles to better fill all corners of the mold. At the same time, it also helps to expel the air in the materials, making the formed blocks or bricks denser and stronger.

Working Process

 

Raw Material Preparation:

Screening and Measurement: Appropriate raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, and slag are selected and accurately measured in a certain proportion.

Mixing: The measured raw materials are added to the mixer, and an appropriate amount of water is added simultaneously. They are then thoroughly stirred and mixed to form a uniform mixture.

Cloth Distribution:

Automatic Feeding: The stirred mixture is conveyed to the hopper of the block making machine through a conveyor belt or elevator.

Uniform Cloth Distribution: The mixture in the hopper is evenly distributed into the mold under the action of the cloth distribution mechanism.

Forming:

Hydraulic or Vibration Action: The mold compacts or vibrates the mixture in the mold under the action of the hydraulic system or vibration system.

Pressure-holding or Vibration Time: According to the specifications and requirements of the blocks or bricks, a certain pressure or vibration time is maintained to ensure the full formation of the mixture.

Demolding:

Ejection Mechanism: The formed blocks or bricks are ejected from the mold under the action of the demolding mechanism.

Demolding Method: Some use mechanical ejection devices, where the oil cylinder or air cylinder pushes the ejector rod to eject the blocks or bricks from the mold; others utilize the special design of the mold to allow the blocks or bricks to demold naturally under the action of vibration or gravity.

Stacking and Curing:

Stacking: The demolded blocks or bricks are conveyed to the palletizer through the conveying device and stacked according to certain rules by the palletizer.

Curing: The stacked blocks or bricks need to be cured to improve their strength and performance. There are usually two curing methods: natural curing and steam curing. Natural curing involves placing the blocks or bricks in an outdoor or indoor curing site to gradually harden in the natural environment; steam curing involves placing the blocks or bricks in a steam curing chamber and accelerating the hardening process by controlling the temperature, humidity, and curing time.

Finished Product Inspection and Delivery:

Inspection: The cured blocks or bricks are inspected for quality, including appearance inspection, size measurement, strength test, etc., to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and requirements.

Packaging and Delivery: The inspected qualified blocks or bricks are packaged or directly loaded onto the vehicle and delivered to the construction site or other places of use.
