Equipment composition
Mixing host: Usually a JS3000 twin-shaft forced mixer is used, with a nominal capacity of 3000L and a mixing host power of 110KW. It can efficiently mix dry, hard, plastic and various proportions of concrete, and has good mixing homogeneity.
Batching machine: generally PLD4800 model, equipped with 4 aggregate bins, can grade four kinds of aggregates, with a batching capacity of 4800L, controlled by a microcomputer weighing controller, which can accurately measure aggregates.
Powder storage and conveying system: Consists of cement silos and screw conveyors. Cement silos are generally steel structures with a capacity of 3 × 100t, and are equipped with upper and lower material level indicators, arch-breaking devices, etc. The screw conveyor is responsible for feeding the powder in the cement silo into the metering hopper, with high transmission efficiency and good sealing performance.
Metering system: Sand and gravel are metered independently, and the scales are of the type of belt scale and bucket scale; cement and other powders are metered separately, and bucket scales are generally used; mixing water and admixtures can be metered by flow meter or bucket scale, with high metering accuracy.
Electrical control system: The control room is an independent structure, encased in lightweight insulation panels. It is equipped with an electrical control operating system, featuring a dynamic panel display that allows for intuitive monitoring of equipment operation status and report printing.
Technical parameters: Standard discharge height is 4 meters, working cycle time is 180 seconds, total installed power is approximately 260KW, and the external dimensions (length × width × height) are approximately 59811mm × 20660mm × 23700mm. The aggregate weighing accuracy is ±2%, the cement weighing range and accuracy are (0~1600) ±1% kg, and the admixture weighing range and accuracy are (0~50) ±1% kg.
