Equipment composition
Mixing system: Usually a JS2000 twin-shaft forced mixer is used, with a main mixer power of 74KW and a nominal capacity of 2000L. It can produce various types of concrete, such as plastic and dry-hard concrete, with high mixing efficiency and good homogeneity.
Batching system: It is generally composed of a PLD3200 batching machine, which has 4 compartments and a batching capacity of 3200L. It can accurately batch aggregates such as sand and stone.
Powder storage and conveying system: Consists of cement silos and screw conveyors. The cement silos are steel structures, typically equipped with 2-3 silos of 100 tons or 200 tons each, and are equipped with upper and lower material level indicators. The screw conveyor is used to feed the powder from the cement silos into the metering hopper.
Aggregate conveying system: Primarily composed of inclined belt conveyors. After metering, the aggregate is conveyed by a horizontal belt conveyor and then by an inclined belt conveyor into the intermediate storage hopper.
Metering system: Divided into three parts: sand and gravel, cement and other powders, and mixing water and admixtures. Sand and gravel are generally metered independently, cement and other powders are metered separately, and mixing water and admixtures are typically metered by flow meters or bucket scales.
Electrical control system: The control room is an independent structure, housing the electrical control operating system, enabling automated control and data management of the mixing plant.

Accurate Measurement: Cement, water, and liquid admixtures are all measured using electronic scales, and aggregates are batched using a PL3200 batching machine, ensuring high measurement accuracy and guaranteeing concrete quality.
